What your agents changed
Every record created, updated or deleted, and who asked for it.
On this page
Changes lists every record your agents created, updated or deleted in your connected systems. It answers the question people actually ask weeks later: what happened to this customer, and who asked for it?
Each entry names the record, the agent, the person who asked, the connection it went through, and — where the change needed one — the person who approved it. From any entry you can open the whole conversation it came from.

What is and is not in it
Reads are not changes, so looking something up does not appear here. Neither do exports: nothing in your system is different afterwards, and a change log that lists reads is one nobody trusts.
Attempts that failed are recorded. "The agent tried to delete this and the database refused" is exactly the kind of thing worth finding later.
It is a record, not a backup
Each entry stores what was sent and what came back — enough to explain a change and to find the run it belongs to. It does not store a copy of your data, and it cannot undo anything.
That is a deliberate limit rather than a missing feature. A record may well have changed again since, so writing an old value back would destroy newer work rather than restore older. Undoing a change is a decision for a person who can see the current state, which is why this points you at the run instead of offering a button.
Finding one record
The search box matches the identifiers of the records a change touched, and the name of the table or entity. Searching 100 finds what happened to record 100; searching customers finds everything that touched customers.
Identifiers are worked out from the call rather than declared by the connected system, so occasionally one is missed. The full arguments are stored on every entry for exactly those times.
How long it is kept
History is kept for a period set by your plan:
- •Free — 7 days
- •Starter — 30 days
- •Pro — 60 days
- •Business — 90 days
Anything older is removed automatically, overnight. Upgrading starts keeping more from that moment on; it does not bring back what has already been removed, so if you need to keep something beyond your plan's window, take a copy of it before then.
Nothing else is touched by this. Your executions, conversations, agents, connections and the [[audit-log]] are all kept independently of it.
