Read this one twice
The limit that stops the work
Most limits on this page cap how much you can build. The AI token allowance is different: when it runs out, anything that needs a model stops until the period resets or you move up a plan.
So it is shown as you spend it, the chat screen warns before the ceiling rather than after, and whoever owns the workspace gets one email when it is reached. Nothing is deleted, and everything that does not need a model keeps working.

Upgrade mid-period and you pay the difference, not the whole price — the part of the month you already paid for is credited.

You move up mid-month
You pay the difference, not the whole price. The part of the month you already paid for is credited against the new plan.
You move down
The new limits apply at the next renewal, so nothing you are relying on stops in the middle of a billing period.
A payment fails
There is a grace period before anything is restricted, and you are told about it rather than finding out from a stopped agent.
Your subscription lapses
Paid features are restricted; nothing is deleted. Connections, agents, execution history and the audit trail all survive, and paying restores access at once.
You hit the token ceiling
Model-backed work pauses until the period resets or you upgrade. Reports, history, audit and everything else stays available.
You want to leave
Disconnect and your systems are exactly as they were. Caterfli never held a copy of your data to hand back.
